At Mangkok Filipino Cuisine, we’re more than just a food trailer — we’re a celebration of culture, community, and comfort food. Our name Mangkok means “bowl,” and every dish we serve is crafted with love, family traditions, and the bold, unforgettable flavors of the Philippines.

As Owensboro’s first Filipino food trailer, we’re proud to share recipes that blend sweet, savory, and tangy in every bite. Whether it’s your very first time trying Filipino food or you’ve been craving it for years, we’ve got a bowl (or a skewer, or a lumpia) waiting for you.

  • I had the pleasure of trying this Filipino cuisine yesterday and the food was delicious and authentic. The owners were very, very friendly and nice. They were having people returned to their cars and delivering their food so they didn’t have to stand in the heat. I would recommend this food truck;five stars.

  • Love Mangkok Filipino Cuisine! My grandmother was from the Philippines so I grew up eating this food & so glad we have a place in Owensboro to get it now! Service is always so friendly & food is great! Don’t pass on the bibingka when they have it for dessert! Check them out – you won’t be disappointed!
